Methodology
How venues are ordered
Orlando Best Venues is operated by Project Dominion LLC.
The lists
Every list of venues on this site, including the guides, the area pages and the full venue list, is in alphabetical order by name, ignoring a leading "The". Nothing else decides where a venue appears. A venue appears once in each list its own website supports: a venue whose site lists both weddings and quinceañeras is in both the wedding list and the quinceañera list.
The "All-inclusive packages listed" label
A venue gets this label only if its own website uses the words "all-inclusive" or "all inclusive" about its packages, its venue, its experience or its collections, and we saved that wording from the venue's own site. A hedged phrase does not count: no "or", "DIY" or "rental" may stand between the words and what they describe. The same test applies to every venue. A venue whose site does not say it, or whose site we could not read, has no label. The label is not a rating and says nothing about price or quality.
Capacity
Every venue's capacity is shown as one figure, as the venue states it. If a venue's own website gives more than one capacity for the same kind of event, we show the lowest, and the venue's page says so and names every figure. The same rule applies to every venue.
Links to venue websites
Every venue page links to the venue's own website. The one exception is the same for every venue: if the venue's own site, on the date we read it, contains links to unrelated advertising sites, we do not show the link to it, and the venue's page says so, with the date. The link comes back when a later check no longer finds them.
Limits
Venue facts can be out of date, and a stated capacity is a starting point, not a promise. Confirm everything with the venue.
